pkcs#11 – nginx got “Segmentation fault (core dumped)” 2 times

I would like to make nginx reload periodically. However, after many times of observation, I realized after second reload, nginx always got “Segmentation fault (core dumped)” and stopped running. I’ve checked with another similar questions, their answers mentioned “perl” error. But it might be not my case. I did not find 50-mod-http-perl.conf or module libnginx-mod-http-perl installed.

nginx 1.29.1 was installed from binary, and start by nginx -c /etc/nginx/nginx.conf. To be more concrete, here is from my nginx configuration, might it be a problem?

master_process off;
daemon off;
ssl_engine pkcs11;

Please give me some suggestion.
