pi 4 – Turning on Camera connected to Raspberry Pi USB Port

so I have a camera that captures images and sends it to a server via gphoto run on a raspberry pi. My problem is that sometimes our power rig has fails and turns off my camera and my camera doesn’t turn on without having to manually power it on (even when the power rig gives it. . .well . .. power). We have these cameras in remote areas so I we’d really like them to be more reliable. Is there any way to trigger a “power on” via the usb port? Worst case scenario, we’d most likely attach a switch to the power.
