Physical modeling that allows string instruments to play 4 notes at the same time? (in: Roger Linn Design)

I think you are wanting the sound and expression of SWAM, but with the ability to play more than one note at a time. If so, you can do this by creating multiple tracks in your DAW, each having the same SWAM instrument but receiving from one of the per-note MPE channels that LinnStrument is sending.

For example:
1) Set LinnStrument to MPE mode.
2) Change LinnStrument’s Per-Note channels to 2, 3, 4 and 5.
3) Create 4 tracks in your DAW, all with the same SWAM instrument and sound.
