partitioning – how to enable shared clipboard in virtualbox while still within live CD ubuntu install

I’m trying to follow along the guide for installing Ubuntu with LVM logical volumes with LUKS encryption along the guide, but it has tons of terminal commands which I would like to copypaste from the guide instead of writing all commands manually. help.ubuntu.com/community/Full_Disk_Encryption_Howto_2019

But I cannot copy paste from the guide as my host OS is Win10 and guest OS is still live CD Ubuntu 21.10, and apparently when I try to insert the guest Additions CD image, it will always fail.

I would like to be able to copy paste from the host OS with shared clipboard enabled, while still in the Ubuntu live CD installing ubuntu and doing the LUKS LVM manual install guide commands.
