Click randomize name, a name appears, click it again if you want another. Press save.
It was intentionally made as minimal as possible when I made it for Curves & Membranes. As this is a more complex synth, it would likely make sense to improve it.
The reason save as webpage comes up, is because the interface layer is WebView. So the UI is basically a node/react website running locally.
