Pamac and Pacman difference on Manjaro :: Hardware and Operating Systems
I know Pamac is the software installer with a GUI the thing with fancy buttons i can click. And i know Pacman is in the terminal to install software. For example:
sudo pacman -S lolcat sl cmatrix
But is the stuff that i download from Pamac pacman? So is pamac just a graphical interface to install pacman packages? Or is pamac and pacman something entirely different? In case why name it so similar.

And i now realised that i don’t need the snapstore and that pamac also supports flatpak and snap.
