Overbridge with Ableton and Rytm – Overbridge

I’m getting different sounds into Ableton through the Rytm Overbridge plugin than I do when listening to the headphone output on the Rytm itself. What’s more, the sounds are always the same whether I load a new project or change the settings for the sounds (either in the plugin or on the actual unit). The sounds are obviously actually changing, because I can hear the differences through the headphone out.

So it seems that the Rytm plugin is somehow locked to a set of sounds. And they actually seem to be samples, because the sounds do not correspond to the machines at all. What’s strange is that there are no samples loaded to the project, and neither the Rytm nor the plugin show any loaded.

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?
