Omnisphere 3's Fine Knob to 700 cents? (in: Sound Design)

Hey everyone, pretty new here! I had to find somewhere to ask for help as ive been trying to figure this out for almost 2 hours and nothing. I Stumbled upon a preset of 3 OSC’s on Omnisphere and it had one OSC’s Fine Knob to 700 cents. How do I do that? Originally if you start from scratch to make a sound the Fine Knob can only go to 100 cents being the max you can go to. Im aware on Omnisphere 2 there was boxes that allowed you to go high in cents (1,7,12), but Omnisphere 3 doesnt have that any…
