Nginx Failing as I removed a Certbot Certificate

I have a VM where I was hosting a website my_url.com via Nginx. I removed the SSL certficate via Certbot’s sudo certbot delete.

After that I removed /etc/nginx/sites-available/my_url.com and /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/my_url.com

When I try to restart the Nginx service it fails with the following logs:

Don’t know why it is still holding onto the ssl certificate?
