New CPU – System won’t boot from UNRAID USB – General Support

Hi,

I’m running into a problem with the UNRAID USB no longer being recognized as bootable, and I do not understand why. Here is my scenario:

I’ve recently upgraded my system from a Ryzen 2700 to a Ryzen 5950x. As I did not change my motherboard (or any other component for that matter), I expected this to be unproblematic. I’m using an Asrock B450m Pro4 motherboard, thus the upgrade process included flashing the BIOS. I was running UNRAID 6.9 on this system before the upgrade without any problems.

As far as I can tell everything is ok with hardware. The bios detects every component (including the USB in question). I can also boot into a Linux distro, where I ran a view stresstests to make sure that the system is operating as expected. However I can no longer boot from my USB. I’ve made no changes to the USB nor the BIOS (other than flashing it). Any thoughts on what might be going wrong? I’m thankful for any help.
