Need suggestion on dynamic EQ – Page 2 – Effects Forum

I use the Melda dynamic EQ. It doesn’t have 20 hands exactly. Each band can be expanded to a series of bands (8 i think) octaves or any other frequency relationship to the band’s center frequency you care to set. It can be used as a resonator this way or remove annoying electrical sounds along with their harmonics. I’d recommend just using a spectral filter if you need so much control of frequencies. You can have 2048 bands that go all the way to silence with little CPU use.
