My experience with a refund request – Spoiler: Not good (in: HoRNet Plugins)

Context:
I pulled the trigger for a bunch of plugins. I immediately discoverd a problem with TotalMQ MK2 which rendered it unusable in my DAW. I could watch the freq graph display but cannot control bands. Then on top I discovered a 2nd bug in the frequency buckets display, that even slipped various youtube vloggers for months now … hilarious. Then 3rd I discovered that VU Meter MK4 is buggy. I reported all problems on the public forum on kvraudio AND on top filed bug tickets on hornet website…
