I interpreted it as an OS that could run on audio hardware specific to a DAW it is made for, like how Novation’s Launchpads tend to support Ableton Live integration. I could definitely see something like that for use with the Live Matrix to streamline live performance, but I concur with everyone else that it’s mostly infeasible, at least where we are now.
Though I don’t really have anything personal to say regarding Linux, seeing it run natively on Linux would definitely put MuLab ahead of the …
