MTurboComp – MA2A – do you like it? – MeldaProduction Forum

Hey guys!
I’m a big fan of LA-2A style compressors. I love Analog Obsession LALA, also like IK Multmeida’s White 2A, and generally slow tube compressors.

But sadly I never found that “spark” with MA2A, the Emulation within MTurboComp. Any thoughts on why this might be? Is anyone using the MA2A?

I have the theory that maybe the MA2A models the LA2A set to “limiter” and I think I might prefer the “compressor” setting. On both the Analog Obsession and IK Plugins there’s this toggle to switch between these. In the MTurboComp there is no such switch.
