Moving Waveform to another drive? (in: Tracktion)

Okay, so I was having an issue with major hiccups when using Waveform (12) (previous thread: https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=631555&sid=522e05247b605c0af96a755faca6c529 ), and though I tried a few things that seem to have improved the major issue, I do still experience occasional time-outs that can last about 30 seconds.
