Modulator on/off state not mappable to controller or macro (in: Bitwig)

If you want to A/B compare with the modulator on and off… select the device and all the modulators and their targets are shown in the Inspector.

Shift-Click on the name of the modulator in the Inspector to disable the Modulator. Shift-Click on an individual target to disable just that destination.

And as I mentioned above, you can use the modulation target scaling with a button modulator to turn off/on one or all targets, effectively toggling the modulator on and off.
