MNoiseGenerator lacks button to collapse Meters/Utilities panel (in: MeldaProduction)

Almost every MeldaProduction plug-in that has meters also has a button below the “Utilities” bar that allows the user to close the meters panel and hide the Utilities button/bar.

This allows the main display of the plugin, such as the EQ bands and analyzer, to take up most of the front-facing real estate. It’s great, because in many cases, I don’t need to see the Meters/Utilities panel after initial setup or I don’t need to see it at all.
