‘Ear Training’ not well defined at all… Back in 70’s ear training was jamming with real instrument to 33’s & 45’s… In this way you see the relationship in what is heard to your fingers…
You can do same nowadays but nobody does… Jam to fav tunes using your MIDI keyboard & any simple synth, this integrates the information into the brain…
Just ‘listening’ don’t do it… Billions ‘listen’ everyday but can’t pick out simple country chords…
