macos – Spotlight search no longer able to find Visual Studio Code

I’ve always used the spotlight search on mac for finding applications, I hit command space and start to type, “Visual Studio Code” and within a few letters it pops up.

Now suddenly with no updates, my mac suddenly cannot find VSCode. Even after finding it manually and opening it once, returning to spotlight search it STILL cannot find Visual Studio Code

What is going on? Why suddenly is spotlight search suddenly trying to take me to a wikipedia article on VSCode rather than actual VSCode, I don’t get it.
