macos – How to change R version in R studio on Macbook Pro

I would like to upgrade R version to the latest in R studio. Both the R and R studio are in the latest versions. The related discussions online offer the solution for R version change by following the steps:

Go to Tools > Global Options....
Under the "General" tab, click on "Change" next to "R Version".

However, on my Mac Pro, I didn’t see a Change button that allows me to upgrade the R version in General tab. Attached is a screenshot of what it has in General tab on my Mac.
Where can I find the Change button to update the R version? Thank you!
