Looking for a way to “mirror” and offset the rows. (in: Roger Linn Design)

Dear all,
Looking for the possibility to implement the following scenario, standalone, without using external connections:
(I already figured out half of it, which is a cello-like tuning, now I need to mirror it and offset it to cover more octaves)
Lowest notes for each row on the Linnstrument 128 (“R” is for Row):
R1 R2 R3 R4 R5 R6 R7 R8
C1 G1 D2 A2 C#5 F#4 H3 E3

So it is a cello tuning, starting from rows 1-4
and then it is a mirrored cello tuning, continued from rows 8-5
