linux – Can I open a windows partition with virtualbox?
I have been using Fedora Linux as my default desktop operating system for some time now.
Previously I had both Fedora and Windows installed on my computer, and would boot whichever operating system I needed depending on what I was going to do.
Lately, I opted to leave the entire hard drive with Linux and install VirtualBox with Windows. However, when using demanding programs I feel the difference in performance.
My question would be, is it possible to install on my computer both operating systems, and in Linux install VirtualBox and that it opens the Windows disk partition? With this I would have the two options, run Windows as a full operating system, or run windows through the virtual machine.
Is this possible? Or is there a better way to do it?
So far I have not found a way to do what I want to do.
I have searched for information about this topic and have not found anything relevant either.
