Welcome to the LinnStrument community. John is correct in that by holding the “+/- 24” button in Per-Split Settings, you can select any Bend Range from 1 to 96 semitones. Sorry for this inconvenience. I designed LinnStrument 4 years before MPE existed, or else I would have changed the panel printing to 2, 3, 12 and 48.
