Limiter UI updates (in: APU Software)

The old limiter UI had always bugged me as being too cluttered. The row of limiter toggles was squished into too little space. So I’ve rehauled the entire UI into a “chips” based interface. Much of the time you can just drag the threshold/ceiling right on the visualizer. For the other options, click on one of the “chips” at the top or bottom to get more detailed controls.
