Licenses revoked by Kilohearts (in: Instruments)

So after talking to support and some investigation we found out what the issue was: apparently there was a glitch in the license transfer mechanism duplicating licenses. When it was detected, the valid license got revoked along with the duplicate one. I did not ask whether this was a manual or automated detect/response. They apologized for the trouble caused.

Thanks to zvenx for recommending the Discord route – that sped up things.
