[libpipewire] include client configurations and configs
libpipewire as packages currently does not ship the client configurations and modules.
These are only included in the full “pipewire” package.
When the libpipewire is used in it’s default configuration this will lead to user-visible warnings.
“`
[W][00355.592783] pw.conf | [ conf.c: 939 try_load_conf()] can’t load config client.conf: No such file or directory
[E][00355.593459] pw.conf | [ conf.c: 963 pw_conf_load_conf_for_context()] can’t load default config client.conf: No such file or directory

Upstream advise is that such a setup of libpipewire is not useful for general use.
The Fedora package as maintained by the PipeWire lead developer also included the configs and modules as part of the libpipewire package. (called “pipewire-libs” there)
