LABS is broken after migration (in: Instruments)

Spitfire says they do not support the old version of LABS.
LABS+ is described as an upgrade to LABS, but there may be no way to access the free LABS any longer.
Spitfire says, “If you have an issue or need help with LABS, please contact us.”
So try that!
I contacted Spitfire when LABS+ first launched and Morgan responded, but I needed to be very specific with my question because she answered with vague claims that took a couple of emails to clarify, but in the end I kept the old LABS.
