[BUG] Modulation List filtering is broken in Wavestate Native

Hi Dan,

Wavestate Native VST3 1.4.6, Windows version.
Host: Bitwig Studio 5.3.13

Steps to reproduce
1. Start from an Init performance
2. Load a program to Layer A and C. Deactivate Layer B and D.
3. On Layer C, set a modulation, like any value for the LFO and Envelope knobs at Synthesis > Pitch > Pitchmod
4. Go to ModList
5. Show in Modlist: All – All – All. The modulation set above on Part C are visible in the list after som…
