Yes, that’s possible. I don’t have the Arturia MS-20, but I do own the MS-20 (original) and the Cherry Audio PS-20.

Simply connect the output (positive or negative) of EG1 to the cutoff frequency input of the LP or HP filter (or both) using patch cables. Then set the “EG2/Ext” value below the corresponding filter to the desired value. The higher the value set, the more intense the effect of EG1 on the filter.

Then connect the Mod Wheel output to the same filter input using patch cables.
