Kontakt 8.11.0: Chords Tool MIDI-out note-offs still missing (macOS 26 + Live 12)

Hey all,

I’m still running into this issue on macOS 26.4 with Kontakt 8 v8.11.0 (VST3) in Live 12 (12.4.2).

With only “Script generated notes” enabled under Options > Engine > Send MIDI to outside world, when I trigger the Chords Tool from a MIDI keyboard and route Kontakt’s MIDI out to another track, the note-offs never seem to be sent. Each new chord gets stacked on top of the previous ones, and they keep sustaining until I stop the transport.

This looks like the same problem that was reported (and marked as fixed in 8.6.0) here:

Is anyone else seeing this on a similar setup? Curious whether it’s specific to Live 12 on macOS, or something on my end.
