Everyone saying it’s subtle…you know there’s more than one knob, right?

If you start with Crush at 0 and only touch the Strength knob, sure, it’s subtle…because you’re not driving it. If you’re putting something quiet into it, it may not even be saturating. It can’t gain stage for you.

I start with Crush at 18db as a baseline before touching Strength. If I can’t hear it I’ll max Crush. And then back off until it’s right. Strength is more of a character knob than a drive knob, IMO.
