linux – Permission denied installing Node.JS packages

i am using manjaro,
when i want t download a package (nodemon…)
it outputs :

although i have tried :

 sudo chown -R root:$(whoami) /usr/lib/node_modules/ 

and


sudo chmod -R 775 /usrlib/node_modules/
