Nah, the modulation system of Bitwig is way ahead any other DAW. It is sample accurate, so any modulation signal can be also audio, too. Also supports per-voice-modulation, so for synths supporting that (like Repro or Diva for example), you can add unlimited LFOs per voice, etc. And is very visually streamlined and nicely UX designed. And you can also integrate the grid inbetween, be it meta/audio signals or even midi.

But it is also very good that Cubase finally has such devices, too. Surely a step into the right direction.
