Is My Waves F6 Is Broken? (in: Effects)

I’m trying to use Waves F6 for the first time and mine doesn’t look like the ones in the tutorial. Nor does it look like the one in the online F6 manual.

Every single tutorial I see for it, as well as the manual, shows a toolbar at the top with buttons like “VIEW”, “RMS”, “RESPONSE”, “SLOPE” BANDWITH”, “AVERAGING”, “MA”, “MAX”, “SOURCE”, “RTA”, etc.

I’ve tried F6 in two different DAWs, and I don’t have that toolbar up top, nor do I have any of those buttons. I also don’t have any kind of sp…
