Is it possible to download Visual Studio Professional 2019 Trial Version

Yes. Visual Studio Professional 2019 can be installed and used as a free trial.

From the Visual Studio installation guidance:

• Visual Studio Professional and Visual Studio Enterprise can be evaluated as a free trial for 30 days.
• After signing in, the trial can be extended to 90 days one time.
• After the trial period ends, Visual Studio must be unlocked with either an online subscription or a product key.

Visual Studio 2019 is still available from the Visual Studio older downloads page referenced in the compatibility documentation, and the same trial model applies to Professional and Enterprise editions.
