To be more precise, MPluginManager compares the current installation state of the plugins with the previous installation state. This means that for the Install/Change button:

– Only newly selected plugins are installed. Plugins that were selected (installed) during the last installation are not touched and are not installed again.

– Only newly unselected plugins are uninstalled. Plugins that were already unselected (not installed) during the last installation are not touched and therefore not …
