Indiginus Acoustic major problems (in: Instruments)

The midi file is exactly as it should be according to the manual. I use the basic way of triggering chords by single notes and variations if need be. I am on G/Em and chords are linked. The chords give Minor for A, hence I give the variation when I want to play A7. Sometimes it does what it should another time not. I never use C7 in this song, nevertheless out of the blue C will get changed to the 7th. I have reinstalled, nothing helps. Has anyone encountered these problems?
