IK Sounds Install Help (in: Effects)

Maybe someone here can help me.

First of all, yes, I tried IK support. The form is broken (it doesn’t accept correct captcha responses) and when I finally got something sent (I think…. it’s hard to tell) I never got a response. I’ve given up on pissing in the wind there.

First off, the Product Manager app is near useless for downloading sounds. It takes several days to do a few GB, and it has to be babysat, and paused-restarted every few minutes, or the DL’s just stop downloading. Like even …
