I was able to cancel my future subscriptions, but I’d like to cancel the subscription that renewed a month ago and receive a refund. How do I do that?

While trying to cancel my subscription yesterday, it gave me the option to receive a refund. I clicked that and it came up with an error. After that I wasn’t able to access microsoft.com at all. This morning, however, I tried canceling it again, but it didn’t give me the refund option.

I thought I had canceled my subscription prior to it renewing, but I didn’t cancel the correct subscription. Now I’m just trying to figure out how to cancel my current subscription, but there’s no easy way to talk to anyone or find anything out. Any help out there?? Thanks.
