How to set the Visual Studio 2026 Debugger for Civil 3d 2026

I changed from Civil 3d 2024 to 2026 and from Visual Studio Community 2022 to 2026, and when I try to debug my program, I get a fatal error. See the included file. How do I configure the debugger to ‘Managed (CoreCLR)’, or can this message be disabled? I have not noticed this on any other version of Civil 3d. I have had exception errors in the background at startup, but I would just select to ignore them, and it would continue. This is the only time I had a fatal error and could not continue to debug my app
