How to recreating this Moog sound in a ModX? (in: Sound Design)

By using a Yamaha ModX, I need to recreate the Moog sound in the solo you can hear here, and also at the end

possibily with all the articulations / modulation.

Problem is I know nothing about the Moog, and also very little of the ModX (it is not mine, i have to program it for the keyboardist).

Could someone help me, or put me in the right direction?
Even a patch for some free VST is useful, as then I can “port” the concept in the ModX….
