How to make MIDI Triggers cancel previous triggers? – Digitakt
Hi there.
New DT user. So I want to use the DT to sequence my sub 37 and Summit synths.
I’m trying to sequence continuous chords. My thinking was that when I trigger midi note(s), I can set the trig length to a long time, and the next MIDI trigger will cancel the previous notes and trigger the new notes, just like playing on a real midi controller, synth keyboard would.
From what i can see, the DT by default does not cancel previous MIDI triggers and so I get a note soup of old triggers mixing with new triggers, with only a trig len parameter to play with, which is extremely tedious to program in accurately for anything except equal 4 bar chord patterns.
Is there a way to make midi triggers cancel previous triggers?
Thanks in advance!
