How to install driver into target PC (VMware windows 10)

I have an issue with installing the drivers into the target PC.
I followed the instructions from this URL from Microsoft below.

When trying to enter the target PC’s IP address to set the target on the debugger section, it says, “Host not found.”
(Error: 11001) was displayed.

The IP address between the host and the target is the same group. The ping can be sent from the host PC to the target one(firewall is disabled), and also Visual Studio, WDK is installed in target PC.

I would appreciate, if you could tell me the resolution.
