How to import tags from another DAW to Bitwig ? (in: Bitwig)

I am currently thinking about switching from fl studio to bitwig.
I have all my sample library tagged and I need to transfer the tags to bitwig but I doesn’t seem like we can tag samples directly. However I found files called tags.ids and other similar files in C:\Users\ME\AppData\Local\Bitwig Studio\index and I think tags should be there I just need a way to edit the files.

Could someone help me with editing tags and opening those files ?
