How to add SSH Public key to Ubuntu Server (Raspberry PI) through Ubuntu Cloud?

Context: Raspberry Pi 3B+, LTS 24.04.1 Server

I tested the MQTT Core appliance, which automatically prompts the user to input for an Ubuntu SSO email address (step 5):

Next, you will need to enter your Ubuntu cloud account email address. Your Pi will connect to your cloud account and retrieve your SSH keys.

Said capability is described as console-conf: ubuntu.com/core/docs/system-user

Is there a command that will replicate this step and prompt for the SSO email address and install the SSH keys?
