How do you get to what is in the training video? (in: Tracktion)

The Input1 and Input2 are the left/right channel of your default audio input device on the computer. It may show up a single input device (but stereo) – and that’s a setting that can change on the properties panel at the bottom, or in the Settings – Audio devices tab.

I.e. your input device can be a stereo output from a keyboard… or as 2 separate mono input devices (i.e. mike and guitar) depending on that interface.
