How do I get VSL strings to fast bowing like NI Session strings Rhythm animator does? (in: Instruments)

I’m new to VSL. I have Duality Strings and Smart Orchestra. I loved Native Instruments Session Strings Pro for it’s fast action animator but I wasn’t a fan of the sound. In VSL I want get the strings to do that same kind of quick back and forth action movie type bowing like SS Pro animator can do. Am I supposed to just hit the note repeatedly vary fast or is there an articulation people use to simulate that fast action movie style back and forth bowing? How do composers get that?
