Looking at that setup, I’d guess he just painted in the notes in Cubeat and fed the D50 from that (possibly the Korg Poly-800 he had before). Sometimes, if you need to match a precise arp pattern, you just need to do the same. It sounds like it’s basically two hands of minor chord with another root at the top on a triplet grid.
OTOH, try BlueArp.
