How did I not know these simple Logic tips? “Chase” and “quick solo”

I’ve been using Logic a long time. Granted, Logic is feature ladened with “hidden” functions or “tips and tricks” but I never knew these two small gems:
“Quick solo” (what I call it).. when switching solo mode from one track to another, simply hold down the [Option] key while clicking “S” on the various tracks you are comparing. It silences the previously selected solo track while enabling the new track.
“Chase”.. If you have midi tracks with some lengthy piano chords or sustained midi notes, the playhead needs to be placed before any MIDI data to hear those notes played back. If the playhead is sitting in the middle of that chord or note when you press play, you won’t hear your software instrument until the next time those MIDI notes trigger. You then have to move the playhead to the beginning of the note(s) to sound the chord or note. The Chase settings lets Logic Pro handle these “in-between” moments when the playhead starts up in the middle of MIDI data. Select File then Project Settings and Midi. Then click the “Chase” tab and select “Notes”. The “sustained” box should already be checked. Now the midi notes will sound regardless of the playhead position. If you want this behavior in all of your recordings, save this setting in your Templates.
