How can I disable these C# suggestions in Visual Studio?

Since a recent update, when editing C# code, I’m getting suggestions in Visual Studio which I have not seen before, see the highlighted part in the screenshot.

This is not the IntelliSense auto-complete which has existed for a long time, which suggests the completion of type names and such, but something different. It makes up completely new lines of code even without me typing anything.

Does anyone recognize what this feature is, and knows how it can be disabled?
I tried disabling all the Copilot-related features in the settings. And I did some googling, and I read about the “Next Edit suggestions”, which seem to be similar to this, I tried disabling that as well, but these hints still did not disappear.
